The emergence of the Internet has completely changed marketing practices and consumers are always connected. All marketing managers have to face these challenges by building cross channels strategies and integrating online communication. The Master of Science in Digital Marketing & CRM is a one year program completely taught in English which provides a unique opportunity to strengthen both your knowledge of Digital Marketing and CRM.

The main objective of the program is to prepare future managers to work in these two rapidly emerging and complementary marketing fields that represent new ways of conducting marketing and improving relationships with clients. At the end of the program, students should be able to understand the global e-commerce environment and master the skills needed to formulate a successful digital strategy.

The focus is on acquiring the theoretical and practical knowledge. This is the foundation for the development of professionals who can improve their effective digital marketing strategy by capitalizing on customer’s data. Students will also gain an understanding of the importance of managing customer relationships in a day-to-day business environment.

The combination of digital marketing and CRM is really unique and involves academic and professionals. The program is divided in 3 parts:
1. Marketing and management courses to provide a global picture of what it is important for international managers
2. Wide range of courses on digital marketing to understand the stregnths of the new types of communication and optimize their ability to combine them to build a strong integrated strategy (courses in Digital marketing strategy, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marleketing, online consumer behaviour)
3. Customer relationship management: key strategic tool for companies to increase their performance (courses in relationship management, customer satisfaction and loyalty programs, customer service and complain management, data mining, customized intelligence…)

Students can get an operationnal experience as they should do a 4 to 6 months internship or Consulting Project anywhere in the world.
