1. Segmentizing Video Content:
In 2015 we saw video content explode, not just in views but across various platforms outside of Youtube.

Facebook claims their daily video views have doubled from 4 billion per day to now 8 billion per day in just 8 months
Within that same time period, Snap chat has increased daily views from 2 billion per day to 6 billion per day.

Each platform counts a view differently, nevertheless, the stats speak for themselves and its undeniable that marketing efforts are going to prioritize video content this year. In a recent survey by Vidyard and Ascend 2 71% of marketers said they are planning to increase video marketing budget this year.

2016 will be the year of understanding how to improve your cross channel presence with video content and potentially trying new platforms such as: snapchat, periscope, and others to promote video content for your brand.

2. Optimizing your website for mobile:
This no longer a “nice-to-have”, this is a necessity! Especially if your key target audience is millenials, your website should be optimized for mobile. In 2016, the number of smartphone users worldwide will surpass 2 Billion.

More and more, shoppers are turning to using mobile devices like smartphones and tablets to research a product, comparing deals online, finding a retail outlet, and most importantly, making the purchase.

It’s going beyond having a mobile responsive site, it’s about having an intimate mobile experience.

3. Personalize your engagement!

We’ve reached a point in our interactions where contacting your prospects is no longer impossible. If you’re sending an email, it’s most likely getting viewed. But how can you improve engagment when you have your competitors bombarding your customers as well?
