  1. It is 80&% a farce, the same data is being used to make recommendations is the same data that tells you your website indexes a certain way, when from 1st party data you know to be incorrect. It’s a method that creates high margins for the technology provider because they buy remnant space from pubs then sell it to marketers at a higher price. That’s my take on it anyway.
